Richard Musto, originally from Dorset, spent some time at the end of the 1980’s, working with a large business sales specialist. Following this, Richard joined Pinders as a business valuer. Following his time at Pinders, he joined Taylors Business Surveyors and Valuers, where initially he worked as a specialist business valuer and then was instrumental in establishing their Health Care sales team.
In early 2000, Richard established The Confidential Register.

Louise Musto, originally from Nottingham, has an extensive background in property sales leading to her becoming sales director of one of the UK's premium real estate developers. Following this, Louise owned and ran a large dementia registered residential home, which was sold by The Confidential Register in late 2007. Her back ground has given her a unique insight to the sector, enabling her to provide excellent advice to care home owners as well as potential and experienced purchasers.
