We have a unique system for registering our buyers on our register.
The process works like this:
A buyer contacts us either through advertising, our web site, word of mouth (bankers, solicitors, brokers other Care Home owners etc).
We firstly establish their background , experience (if any) and what type of Care Home that they are potentially looking for.
Many of our registered buyers are already established Care Home operators, both private and corporate.
Very often we can help them in pointing them in the right directions to lenders, brokers, and other professionals.
In order to register with us we ask them to do two things.
Firstly, we send them a confidentiality agreement for them to sign and return.
Secondly, we ask for a financial reference, from a lender/bank, reputable specialist broker, solicitor or accountant. We need to establish that in principal they have the necessary means to purchase (subject to bank valuation), a business of the value as per their requirements upon registering.
Any information supplied by any individual is covered by the data protection act.
Once registered, our buyers will receive any suitable sales brochures of suitable high quality Care Homes we have for sale.
They can only access these businesses from us, as they are not openly advertised to all and sundry.
