Selling a Care Home

When we receive a call from a prospective vendor, we will initially discuss (in complete confidence), the broad outline and history of the business. Following this, we will agree to visit the business and meet our potential client(s), at a mutually convenient time and date.
We will visit in any guise that the owner requires, being happy to come casually dressed if appropriate.

Once having had a discreet look around the premises, we will spend some time with the owner to analyse the trading side of the business. This does not have to happen at the premises, as we sometimes go elsewhere immediately afterwards for discretional reasons.

Having had time to analyse and discuss the trading information that we will request prior to our visit, we will in most cases be able to give the owner a detailed business appraisal as well as marketing recommendations immediately.

Having had sufficient time to digest our advice, we would then be instructed by the owner to act on their behalf in marketing the business.

Only when we have had our draft sales brochure carefully checked by the vendor will we send out any information to our vetted buyers.
