Richard Musto
Richard started his career working as a Business Sales Specialist, which was then followed by Richard working as a Valuer for Pinders Business Valuers, during which time he valued Care Homes, Hotels, Night Clubs, Chip Shops, Newsagents, Bars, Restaurants and the odd Maggot Farm!
This lead Richard to work with Taylors Business Surveyors and Valuers, where he was instrumental in setting up their Health Care Team. From here Richard went on to establish The Confidential Register in 2000.
Louise Musto
Louise has an extensive background in property sales, leading her to become Sales Director for one of the UK’s premium real estate developers. Following this Louise went on to own and run a large, specialist residential care home. This experience has given Louise a unique insight into the Care Home Sector, not only as an owner, but as a purchaser and vendor.
