We are delighted to have completed the confidential sale of Grange Lea Residential Care Home, Ponteland, near Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland.

This was a retirement sale of a very high quality Care Home, run by the previous owners for some 34 years.

The new owners will continue to run this Care Home within their own family and maintain the high standards enjoyed by the Residents.
